Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality technology consulting services. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon signing the contract. In the case that work fails to meet agreed-upon deliverables or milestones, we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund. Refunds will not be granted for work completed according to the defined scope or for changes in scope requested by the client. Satisfaction guarantees are available for a period of up to 30 days following delivery, limited to adjustments or revisions, not a full refund. Any refund requests must be made within 30 days of the project completion date.
